Our recent stay at the hotel managed by Joe White was nothing short of extraordinary, thanks to the impeccable teamwork of Joe and Carlos. The large and comfortable rooms added a cozy touch that truly made our stay feel like a home away from home. From the moment we arrived, Joe's personal touch set the tone for a memorable experience. His exceptional managerial skills were evident, as he not only efficiently managed the hotel but also took genuine care in ensuring that each guest felt valued. The highlight of our stay was the delightful barbecue organized by Joe, fostering a sense of camaraderie among our group of 15. Carlos, manning the front desk, was the epitome of exceptional customer service. Check-in was a breeze, and throughout our stay, Carlos proved to be an invaluable resource. His friendly and helpful attitude, coupled with a genuine eagerness to ensure our comfort, added an extra layer of excellence to our experience. The collaboration between Joe and Carlos was seamlessly reflected in the hotel's atmosphere. The large, well-appointed rooms provided the perfect backdrop for our stay, making us feel like we had a genuine home base during our time away. It's not every day you find a hotel where the manager and front desk staff work in such harmony, and it truly made a difference in the quality of our stay. Additionally, the convenience of the shuttle, expertly managed by Bubba, made it easy for us to access the River Walk. This thoughtful amenity added a layer of accessibility to our trip, allowing us to explore the local area with ease. Our group is genuinely looking forward to the possibility of returning, and it's undoubtedly because of the outstanding teamwork between Joe and Carlos, combined with the comfort of the spacious rooms and the convenience of the shuttle. Fantastic stay for a great price. Rooms, halls, and lobby were clean and well kept. The compact kitchen was well stocked with full sets of cookware and table settings. Complimentary breakfast had a nice variety of food and drink to choose from. All the staff we met were friendly and helpful. 10/10 would come back and stay during future trips.

The perfect hotel room for us. Having a kitchen and sofa in a hotel room was such a comfort. The price was right for us for the area. Was very happy with it. Location was what I was looking for... convenient to public bus stops, outside the hustle and bustle of downtown, yet close enough to e-cycle or a shirt bus ride to get to those activities. Pretty close to the Riverwalk a well. Staff was super friendly and helpful, especially when flying in late at night and exhausted to check in. The availability of coffee at all times was a huge perk for me; A simple thing, yet appreciated. Breakfast had good selections and they changed up some of the offerings daily. Room was clean and housekeeping came every other day which worked for us. The only upgrade I'd suggest to them is to update to USB charging ports for convenience, but certainly wasn't a deal-breaker to not have them. Would book again if traveling to the area.

The hotel is fine, clean, just as pictured. ALMOST all the staff is great. Except the person that is at the desk at night, I think his name is Jesus. He messed up reservations, was anything but polite "explaining" his reasons, blaming everyone else, speaking badly of his co-workers. I had left a credit card for incidentals, but I said I wanted to be charged on a different card, and I was told it was fine, and I could do that at check-out time, this person checked me out at 1 am, and charged the card I didn't want to use at that time, disregarding instructions. Every other staff member was great.
